Chapli Kabab Recipe in Urdu
Ingredients- Beaf mince half kg
- Flour 4 cups
- Onion (medium size) chopped
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
- Pomegranate seeds (anar dana)1 tbsp
- Lal mirch powder 1 teaspoon
- Zeera (cumin seeds)1 teaspoon
- Garam masala 1 teaspoon
- Hara dhanya 4 tablespoon
- Salt
- Hari mirch
- Sabit dhanya (coriander)1 tablespoon
- Egg half
- Oil 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder half teaspoon
- Tomato (chopped) 2
- Oil for fry
Method
- Add all ingridients in bowl and mix them well.
- Make chapli kabab in a round shap.
- Now take a frying pan and heat oil in it, then fry them.
- Chapli Kabab ready to be served with hot naan and yougart (dahi) or sauce (chatni).
