Khajoor Cake Recipe in Urdu

Ingredients

• Khajoor (dates) 400g
• Milk 2 cups
• Baking Soda 2 tbspn
• Butter 125g
• Sugar 2 cups
• Eggs 4
• Wheat Flour 2 tbspn
• Vanilla Powder 2 tbspn
• Water 2 or 3 cups

Method

1. Boil Khajoor in milk along with water then cook it for 3 minutes.
2. Switch off the stove and then add baking powder in it and mix well.
3. Take another bowl, add butter, sugar and eggs in it and mix them well. Now cook them.
4. Now mix vanilla powder in butter, sugar and eggs then cook them on a low flame.
5. Now add all ingredients in cooked khajoor in a baking pan and mix them well. Now bake it for around 40 minutes.
6. Khajoor cake (date cake) is ready, now decorate it with dry fruits and keep it in the fridge and then serve.
