Chapli Kabab

Ingredients
  • Beaf mince half kg
  • Flour 4 cups
  • Onion (medium size) chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  • Pomegranate seeds (anar dana)1 tbsp
  • Lal mirch powder 1 teaspoon
  • Zeera (cumin seeds)1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • Hara dhanya 4 tablespoon
  • Salt
  • Hari mirch
  • Sabit dhanya (coriander)1 tablespoon
  • Egg half
  • Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder half teaspoon
  • Tomato (chopped) 2
  • Oil for fry

Method
  1. Add all ingridients in bowl and mix them well.
  2. Make chapli kabab in a round shap.
  3. Now take a frying pan and heat oil in it, then fry them.
  4. Chapli Kabab ready to be served with hot naan and yougart (dahi) or sauce (chatni).
